Hmmm .... no ... You can pumpkin 1 / 3 cup and fill with brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon to taste, 1 / 3 cup frozen yogurt or fat, 1 / 2 cup milk and egg white or banana, if desired?

Serves 3

This delicious way of vegetables per year, year-round eating. Canned pumpkin is the key ingredient that adds a lot of vitamin A.

1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup skim milk
6 tablespoons (3 cups) frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 / 2 tsp. Spices for pumpkin pie
1 / 2 tsp. c. Tea rum extract

In a blender, combine pumpkin, skim milk, frozen yogurt, pumpkin pie spice and rum essence. Smooth move.

Through the generous 1 cup serving: 249 calories, 7 g protein, 0 grams fat, 55 g carbohydrates, 0 mg cholesterol
